A plain-language guide to US care

Virtual sermorelin providers.
Start with the questions.

A guide to finding and checking care online. Curious, unsure, or just comparing? There is room to pause and ask.

None of the sermorelin products sold in the US has Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval as of September 2026.

FDA is the US drug regulator.

What am I actually looking for?

Why this matters

Start with what is being offered. Then look at the visit, the pharmacy and the full bill as separate questions.

A medicine, a visit, and a pharmacy

Sermorelin copies the message from the brain that prompts a small gland to release growth hormone, a chemical signal the body makes.

The body makes growth hormone as a chemical message; a shortage can keep children from growing normally.

Sermorelin is a peptide, with a few tiny chemical parts joined like beads in a short chain; those parts also make up proteins.

Sermorelin tells your body to release its own growth hormone; the medicine does not contain growth hormone.

For an adult, ask whether changing a hormone level would help the problem you want treated. Ask about changes in daily life, such as sleep, rather than just a higher blood-test number.

In compounding, a medicine is prepared to order instead of supplied as a ready-made factory drug.

As of September 2026, a compounded drug has no FDA approval for its finished product.
